BNL ANNOUNCE SUPPORTS FOR APRIL 2024 ‘IN FLIGHT UK TOUR’

29.01.2024: Barenaked Ladies have announced the support artists for their long-awaited return to the UK in April for the ‘In Flight UK Tour’, watch their video announcement <here>. Support on the English shows, which includes London’s Eventim Apollo on Friday, April 5th, will come from acclaimed singer-songwriter Callum Beattie, and the duo of Ferris & Sylvester will support the Scottish dates.

BNL’s lead vocalist/guitarist/songwriter Ed Robertson comments: “Always a pleasure to get back to the UK and perform for some of our favourite audiences on the planet. The tour buses are insane, the dressing rooms are tiny, but I have a Caffè Nero card that is just about full, so let’s do this!!”

Drummer Tyler Stewart adds: “Our In Flight UK Tour 2024 will feature tasty new songs from the album and of course, a whole slew of BNL hits spanning 35 years. So come on Subjects! It’s time to ring in Spring with your favourite Canadians, Barenaked Ladies. We look forward to seeing your happy faces.”

Barenaked Ladies Live – Press Quotes:

“BNL continue to show that beneath the seemingly goofy veneer they are a band of serious craft and commitment. Clothed or not, they’re a damn fine live act.”

Louder Than War

“It’s obvious from the very beginning that these guys get along really well together and love playing live gigs. Their musicality and creative talent is obvious, and they are just fun to watch.’

Renowned for Sound

“The enraptured crowd were singing along with their best known and most-loved tunes to their heart’s content, led a merry dance through the band’s back catalogue, eventually leaving the venue blissfully happy to have been, once more, entertained by the after such a long wait.”

 All Music Magazine

“Barenaked Ladies are a blur of quips and banter on stage, but make no mistake they can play. Tight vocal harmonies between guitarist and singer Ed Robertson, guitarist/keyboard player Kevin Hearn, drummer Tyler Stewart and Jim Creeggan showed the class and sense of melody that bands who have risen up from the rest possess.”
